Sophie Singer (’25) partakes in a simulation called SETUP in Aequitas workshop “An Apple a Day: Digesting the Hard Truths of Food Deserts,” led by Zain Ali (’22) and Meghan Lang (’22) March 4. The workshop dove into the meaning of food desserts and how we can prevent other communities around us from experiencing the perplexities of living in food poverty.
